SMIRO SYSTEM, THE HUMAN EVOLUTION OF WAREHOUSE
First STEP
From your ERP sytem Smiro will take the delivery note. The warehouse worker can so check all the goods and affix a tag on them.
In this way also the just arrived material can be available and localizible in warehouse.
STORAGE
Goods can be stored in a random way. In relation to the rotation rate (or any other client’s rule) Smiro will suggest you the recommended macro-area to place every single item. The warehouse worker can then place it in the first empty space.
PICKING LIST
The tablet will show you the picking-list and Smirowill arrange multiple pick-up with optimized ruote. Smiro will also give you additional info like batch, volume and weight. When the warehouse worker starts his optimized way, the tag connected to every product/client will light up to an easy identification.
PICKING
Once found the product, the warehouse worker can pick it up in totally or partially and smirowill update automatically the quantity. Once the goods are moved to a trolley (equipped with flashing and or sounding Tag), the product will change its position and so it will be again available and traceable.
READY TO SHIPPMENT
All goods are ready and andtraced. Thanks to the optimized route and multiple pick-up, the warehouse worker has covered 70% less distance and the warehouse has +60% more space available. This thanks to random placement of goods that allows full usage of the shelves’ volume. With the tag it’s possible to mix different products and always know where they are.
